Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Orari Irrigation accepts returns of new and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned:

  • In their original packaging, and
  • In a resaleable condition

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days from the date the item is returned via courier for processing. Confirmation will be sent via email.

Return Shipping

  • Where a return is due to an error by Orari Irrigation (including incorrect or faulty supply), return freight will be covered by us.
  • Where goods are returned due to customer error or change of mind, return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If an order (or a substantial portion) is returned and original freight was provided at no charge, Orari Irrigation reserves the right to deduct those freight costs from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Goods invoiced more than 14 days prior
  • Goods that are used, damaged, or not in resaleable condition

Warranty

All products are supplied with applicable manufacturer warranties, which vary by product.

Warranty conditions:

  • Covers manufacturing defects and faulty components only
  • Does not cover labour costs
  • Does not apply where products have been misused, neglected, or used outside their intended purpose
  • Orari Irrigation reserves the right to repair or replace goods at its discretion
  • Any replacement product carries the balance of the original warranty period only

All warranty claims are assessed on a return-to-base basis, and customers are responsible for returning goods for inspection unless otherwise agreed.

  • Product(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Orari Irrigation may request additional information or imagery to assess the return.

This policy is provided in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer laws.
