Product Range & Availability
We always do our best to supply everything you order. However, occasionally items may be out of stock or unavailable. If this happens, we’ll be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Freight Costs & Delivery Charges
- Free shipping on orders over $300 (excl. GST) within New Zealand*
- Orders under $300 will have a flat freight rate, calculated at checkout
Courier Flat Rates:
NZ Wide* - 15.50
*Excludes selected oversized or bulky items (see below)
Oversized & Bulky Items
Some products—like pipe, coils, water trough and other large items—aren’t included in free freight.
For these items, freight is calculated based on your location and the product size.

Delivery Timeframes
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Standard NZ delivery: 1–5 working days
- Rural deliveries may take a little longer depending on your local courier

Where We Deliver
We deliver throughout New Zealand.
Please note:
- Deliveries to Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, and other remote areas may have additional freight charges
- If extra costs apply, we’ll contact you before processing your order
Order Processing
- Orders are shipped once payment has been received, unless you have an approved credit account
- We reserve the right to hold or delay an order if needed (for example, stock or freight issues)
